C.A.P. Ecosystem

An open system for retail: we connect data and technology. From existing screens and loyalty programmes to trolleys and Scan & Go.

Ecosystem

The basket talks and the screen responds.

A shopper with the intelligent trolley, a milk carton inside, facing a screen that shows muesli. Red waves come from the trolley and dark red waves from the screen.

The milk is in the trolley. C.A.P. recognises it and plays the matching advertising in real time.

Complementary advertising

Milk in the basket, muesli on the screen.

The basket is already known during the shopping trip. The screen therefore shows the product that fits the shopping trip as it happens. At the checkout it can be measured whether it was bought. Two routes lead there.

  1. Milk is in the trolley

The shopper has captured the milk with the scanner on the intelligent trolley. The product is therefore known before the shopper reaches the checkout.

  2. The C.A.P. screen shows muesli

The C.A.P. screen recognises the milk in the trolley and plays the complementary muesli advertising.

  3. Milk and muesli bought

At the checkout the same shopping trip, including the advertising contact, is recognised again (closed loop).

  4. Complementary advertising impact

The impact is evaluated with the academically awarded C.A.P. method.

EVERY SHOPPER, EVERY PRODUCT

To the basket, otherwise to the moment.

Anyone with an intelligent trolley or a hand scanner gets advertising that answers their own basket. Everyone else sees what fits the moment: time of day, weekday, season.

Matched to the basket where it is known. Situational for everyone else.

Connected Retail: the future of relevant customer engagement

Two routes are connected today, the intelligent trolley and Scan & Go. Any system that supplies data about the shopping trip can be connected. If you run such a system, you will find the impact measurement for it in C.A.P.

Would you like to connect?

A CMS, a digital signage provider, a hand scanner maker, an intelligent trolley, a shopfitter or an in-store radio provider: if you build for retail and want to make advertising impact measurable, a connection is usually smaller than expected. Get in touch and we will walk through the interface together.
