Timeline
After we received the EAN-codes and a sneak peak of the intended content, it takes around 2 weeks to go live due to several needed approvals.

Listing Check
Once Cyreen knows the product(s) to be advertised and its respective EAN-Code(s), a listing check is executed together with the retail partner.
Goal: Ultimately, the spot will only be shown where the product is actually being sold in order to minimize scatter losses.
Spot Check
Cyreen analyzes the shared spot and its sound quality in an own test environment prior to starting the campaign in the supermarkets. Advertisers are being informed indue time in case of any inconsistencies.
Retail Check
We communicate with the retail partner individually. No effort from your side is required.
Simultaneously, our retail partner checks the spot internally and provides its approval.
Only if we have received the approval of the retailer, the spot can go live.
This process takes approx. 2 weeks. Therefore, spot and EAN-Codes are ideally shared with Cyreen at least 2 weeks before campaign start.
